The cost of shipping your fresh flowers to me is NOT included in the price. The cost of shipping is typically between $100-250. Flowers need to be shipped as soon as possible after your event, within 2-3 days max. The fresher the flowers when I receive them, the more beautiful they will look when they are dried! Detailed shipping instructions will be sent after placing a deposit.
Turn around time is typically 4-6 weeks after I receive your flowers, but can be up to 8-12 weeks during busy periods.
A $100 is deposit required to reserve your date. The deposit will be applied to the final balance.

Deposit Terms and Conditions
The $100 deposit guarantees I will be available to preserve your flowers around the date of your event. The deposit is fully refundable until I receive your flowers and confirm that they are in usable condition. If for any reason your flowers arrive in unusable condition the deposit will be refunded. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of the pressed arrangement. The remaining balance is due after the approval of the design and frame selection. The completed arrangement will not be shipped until the full balance has been paid.
Refunds and Returns
Shipping and preserving flowers is a delicate process. Due to the custom nature of the product, refunds will not be issued. If for any reason you are not happy with your flowers after delivery, please send me a message and I will do my best to make things right.
Design Reviews and Approval
It is possible that not all flowers will be used in the final design. Each flower will react uniquely during the preservation process. Some flowers are better suited to preservation than others. Most flowers will undergo a slight color change during the drying process (Ex. White roses will brown slightly, bright red or pink flowers will darken), but I do my best to keep the flowers looking like themselves and choose only the best specimens to create your arrangement. My goal is always to make sure you are 100% happy with how your flowers turn out. There will be multiple design reviews throughout the process. Any unused dried flowers will be returned to you in an envelope with the completed arrangement.
